Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!
I can see that you are getting an error message stating "Something went wrong" when trying to access the Single Touch payroll reporting center. May I know if you are using an Accountright or MYOB business?
If you are using MYOB Business, have you tried to use a different browser or a private window? You may also try clearing your cache and cookies. If you are using Accountright, please try clearing cache.
