Hi Shella
So I thought this issue was resolved as I unreconciled and re-reconciled at the end of June and it all ended up balancing. However now Im trying to reconcile July the issue of the account not balancing due to this payroll amount is there again! I have the report to show June balanced but I unreconciled just to check and now Junes out again! THis is very frustrating and I have got nowhere with the live chat team. I have raised an issue in my myob account but havent heard anything back

This is certainly not the experience MYOB wants for its users. I recommend doing the reconciliation as normal to see which specific transactions are causing the out-of-balance if it's the same reversed and reprocessed transaction mentioned in your first post. Additionally, you can try the steps mentioned in this post.
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
