To hide or remove the leave balance of an entitlement showing on the pay slip, as mentioned by Michel-lci you can untick the "Show leave balance on pay slips". To do this, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements tab > Click the entitlement name > Untick the "Show leave balance on pay slips" > Hit OK. All employees linked to the same entitlement name will also stop their leave balance from showing on the pay slips.
