Payslip reporting

how can i report LWOP taken on an employee payslip?

    Hi Kinma​ - when you record their pay, just enter their hours of unpaid leave against the unpaid leave wage category:

    When you process the pay, click OK to the confirmation message about voiding the paycheque:

    Finish processing the pay as normal to records the $0 pay. You can then print or email their pay slip as normal, and it'll show the unpaid leave - like this example:

Hi Kinma​  - thanks for the question.

 

You can set up a new wage category called "Unpaid Leave" and assign it to the employee. This allows you to enter the hours of unpaid leave in the employee's pay. Like all other wage categories, this one will show on their pay slip.
