Authorisers and bank signatories can sometimes be mistaken for having access to each other's roles. Authorisers are not persons on the bank account. Anyone set up in Pay Super as an Authoriser or Pay Super Administrator (including a bookkeeper) with a verified mobile can authorise super payments via SMS. The business chooses who has those roles in Pay Super settings, and changes to authorisers/bank details go through the Pay Super Change of Details form, so the bank account owner is still in control.
