Period5 Job Maker

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone could help. I am having issues with claiming job maker for period 5 (07/10/21 - 06/1/22)

I have re-nominated an employee last 16/3/22 and made the declaration last 22/3/22.

 

Somehow ATO portal is only displaying that the employee is only eligible for 6 days and not the full period 07 Oct to 06 Jan.

 

What have I missed?

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If you're still having trouble with this can you send me the following information in a private message:

     

    • serial number
    • primary contact name
    • screenshot of the JobMaker window
    • screenshot of that employee's Summary of payments report (Payroll reporting centre>>EOFY finalisation tab>>click on ellipsis (...) for that employee>>Download report)
