Personal leave duplicating for staff receiving first aid allowance

For any staff receiving a first aid allowance, their Personal Leave acrrual for that payroll cycle is doubling up.   Example: if I enter 76 hours pay, the normal personal leave accrual calculates. ...

Hi FinanceRYSS 

 

Thanks for your post. It sounds like you haven't excluded the allowance from personal leave calculations. To do this:

 

  1. go to Payroll Categories
  2. Entitlements tab
  3. open the Personal leave accrual entitlement category
  4. click Exempt
  5. tick the first aid allowance
  6. click OK
