AR - 2/7/24 Payroll not recording

First FY25 payroll pay date 2/7/24 jumps to Process Payments with no value. No payroll data recorded. Please help, so we can pay staff today.

I understand it's urgent to get this sorted. Could you send me a private message with your serial number and company file ID (you can find it under Help > About MYOB AccountRight)? I'm here to help fix this for you as quickly as possible!

Hello Princess

 

Is there a way I can properly delete the extra pay run that was created for 11 of my staff or do I just leave it for next week's payrun entered in advance?
