Returned Super Payments?
I was just on the phone for 1 hour 32 mins to ask about return Super Payments only to be told I need to email mailto:paysuper@myob - is this typical of the "help" you receive from MYOB?

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Spending 1 hour and 32 minutes on the phone, only to be directed to email, isn’t the kind of help we want you to receive. Returned Super Payments need to be handled by our Pay Super team, as this is something our general support team isn’t able to action directly. Please email [email protected] with your client details and payment information so they can look into this for you. Sorry for the runaround, and thanks for your patience.
