We have employees that have the exact same name, e.g. John Smith. They do not have any other middle names or differences.
MYOB Account Right is not letting us put the same employee in twice.
As we have a very culturally diverese workforce, and in some cultures the same name is quite common, we do nto always have the option of a middle name.
Anyone aware of a work around?

You’ve spelled out a real‑world scenario with a culturally diverse team and no middle names to lean on. I've tested it on my side and in AccountRight I was able to create two employee cards with exactly the same name. If your file is still blocking it, a simple workaround is to add a single character to the end of the first or last name so the card saves cleanly while keeping all the other details correct and consistent for each person.
