Single Touch Payroll Reporting Failed

Can someone please help me when I lodge a single touch payroll report it comes back as failed due to the ABN that the report is sent with is different to the one that generated the software. I can se...

Hi Son22,

 

Yes, you may update your ABN in Single Touch Reporting by following the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Payroll menu and choose Single Touch Payroll reporting.
  2. Click the ATO settings tab.
  3. Enter your updated details.
  4. Click Update business details.

    HI Jem,  

     

    Thanks for your reply.

     

    I have checked them in the single touch reporting the ATO settings are correct. 

    They match the ABN in the company information in MYOB

     

    Is there some where else I need to check?
