Something has gone wrong accountright needs to close

Each time I try to access an employee card  I receive message, as per below

    Thanks for your post. I've run a script over your file that should have solved this issue for you. Let me know if this has worked for you. You might have to close down AccountRight and re open your file.

    Thanks for your post. I've run a script over your file that should have solved this issue for you. Let me know if this has worked for you. You might have to close down AccountRight and re open your file.
