STP Payroll

Having issues with one of 4 employees payslip that will not go via email to a hotmail address.  The other 3 employees have gmail accounts and their payslips are received immediately.  Can someone provide an answer to this issue. thank you

  • I am having a similar issue, half my staff are not receiving their payslips the other half are. Checked in mailbox, junk mail, there is nothing. They have previously received them however 9/10 times they do not receive them and I am having to send it to them manually. I have tried putting my email in instead of theirs however still do not receive it

    Hi hoveysgeelong and Shayar1,

     

    Since the other pay slips are sending successfully, the issue might be specific to the Hotmail address. You might also want to check this post: Emailing Payslips to Hotmail Email Address | MYOB Community. It covers a similar issue and may help resolve it.

     

    If the issue persists, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can further look into this.
