Hello Khayyam and BusybusyFH
From looking at the screenshot this is happening when you are logged in via a web browser at app.myob.com can you please confirm if this is true?
If not can you please try logging in through the web browser, or try using Google Chrome in incognito mode. (To enter incognito mode you need to push Ctrl+Shift+N at the same time)
I am attaching a Help Article on collecting error information. If you are getting the error using the software can you please follow the steps on getting a diagnostic log. If logging in through a web browser please follow the steps for downloading an error log from Chrome.
If you could please attache the error logs, I will then be able to investigate and advise further.

- I am having the same issue, doesn't matter which browser I use, incognito or not, nothing I do can get it working.

I realise they are trying to fix this - but any clues on what maybe wrong - I have 1500 staff and they only work one days mostly but this STP error is VERY annoying because if I have to fix alot of staff then it will take me weeks and the weeks are quickly runnign out - an update from MYOB directly would be apprecaited if they have any ideas on what could be causing it.
I'm thinking on my side for instance that as I have sooo many staff to check it would be ideal to be able to export every field on their card files not jsut some fields. As I can't export all the fields needed on an employee currently due to whatever reason MYOB has made this the case unfrotunately, it is a VERY timeconsuming and manual process to be able to fix anything. The ability to do that may help solve it for my situation at least, not sure this is a common issue though, too many staff??
I have tried telling myOB this but they are hard to get onto without holding on the phone for hours.
thanks

STP2 is changing the way payments and allowances are allocated. If all your staff details have been correct for STP1 you should not really have a problem in this area. You can allocate all your 'ATO Reporting Category (Phase 2)' according to the ATO information on their website. Then it should be a quick check through MYBO to make sure every category has been allocated.

HI Chris,
Is there any solution to this error? We are getting email from ATO to hurry along and move to Phase 2 reporting etc

Hi Khayyam,
I contacted MYOB support who have escalated our situation and said they would email me back when a soulution has been found. I noticed when i tried again this moring that i am now getting this message again -
Get ready for STP Phase 2
We’ve hit pause on transitions to STP 2 right now, while we make some improvements. Hold tight and watch this space – moving to STP 2 will be back soon.
