Thanks for posting your concern in the forum. 

 

I understand one of your staff needs to learn the application better. I would suggest reading through this article, Using the sample company file (Clearwater). This will give more information regarding the sample file for AccountRight. Additionally, I would suggest exploring the MYOB Academy, as this has a lot of tutorials on how to use the application.
