Super Payments Duplicated

    I spoke to myob support and made the following adjustments:

    • process a nil pay run to take up the super adjustments 
    • submit the pay super, netting out the adjustments against this week's super
    • process another nil pay run to remove/reverse the super adjustments in step 1 so that YTD super is back to the same before the adjustments

Hi Doreen_Pā€‹, thank you for your prompt reply.  I have worked out the variance on a spreadsheet for each affected employee.  However, if I process the adjustments as per the guide, it will affect the superannuation in the payroll. I don't want that as the super amount in the payroll is already correct.   With Pay Super, we are not able to vary or manually adjust the super amounts to be paid.
