You’re not imagining it, that “Oops, something went wrong. It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.” error was a known issue and it has been fixed. If you’re still seeing it when you click Pay super or Manage super payments, something in your file or in that batch is tripping it up. Test running the super in smaller batches first. If it still carries on, reach out to our team so they can check your file and get you paying super through AccountRight again. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
