Super Payments
How long does MYOB take to process the actual payments of Super through MYOB ? I paid super on Wednesday last week through the new Super system and it has not yet actually hit the super account?

Hi Seipak,
Great question and totally understandable to keep an eye on it. If the super payments were authorised before 4pm AET, the standard timing is 3–5 business days through the clearing house, plus up to 3 business days for the fund to allocate it. The benefit of knowing that timeline is it gives you a clearer idea of when the payment is still within the normal window versus when it might need a closer look. If it’s already outside that timeframe and the payment still hasn’t been received by the fund, you can contact our support team via the Contact Us page so they can check what seems to be happening with the payment.
