Superannuation payment still showing as processing payment

Hi,

 

We authorised a PaySuper amount on the 1st of July. Bank was debited the same day. It is now the 8th of July and still showing as processing payment and has not hit employees super accounts. Usually it takes 3-4 days is there a reason why this payment has been delayed? With PayDay super deadlines it is a concern.

    Hi Mardi69 and TNC2018,

     

    A payment stuck on Processing can definitely be worrying, especially with Payday Super.

     

    At the moment, some of the newer error messages from the new Super Clearing House aren’t being picked up the way they should. That can leave the payment showing as Processing instead of displaying an error. One thing that often helps is signing in as the Pay Super Administrator and checking the payment again through Manage Payments, as that can sometimes show the correct status.

     

    If you’re already the Administrator and you’re still seeing the same status, you’ll need to reach out to our team directly. They can take a closer look at the super payment and get the status synced correctly in your file.

    I have same problem with two payruns in each of our two companies. No payments have been direct debited and all 4 super payments show as Processing Payment in MYOB.

    Hi MYOB, I have the same problem. I processed super on the 1st July and it is still saying on my system as processing. Money was debited from my account by MYOB but no funds have reached my employees super fund yet. What is going on??

    As at 2.22pm 08.07 still showing as "processing payment". I am not in the office again until the 13th of July so unable to check until then.

    If super was processed on 1st July, you should have received a completed status for the super payment today
    Please respond if this is not the case
