Superannuation payment

Hi I am processing the Superannuation. When I press record it show a red X beside one of the payments.  What does this mean and how do I fix it? Regards Vikki

    All Good I have worked out what was wrong.  The staff member did not enter her superannuation details correctly. All perfect now.
