Thanks for your post. This is currently being investigated by our teams, once I have more information I will update you on this.
In the meantime, it is suggested checking the super funds assigned to the employees, you can find out list of Super funds on this link, please then check the Fund Names listed against the ABN/SPIN/USI for the following:
- Is the fund active?
- Is it different on the fund list?
If the employee's current fund is no longer active, the records will need to be updated.
You will need to add the new fund the employee is using and assign it to the employee's card. Once the employee has the new and up to date super fund details assigned, then you can reattempt to process the transaction.
