Superannuation payments from February 22 - what is happening??

Hi just wanting an update on what is happening on the January super payments processed in February 22

 

we had one that was processed (only the once) and then returned 10 days later to our account - and if we try to reprocess it or reverse it to process it just states funds requested and wont let us do anything

 

Could you please provide an update as if we go to the website to look at it - the email address we are given to ask says that it is no longer being viewed

    Hi dobbo,

     

    Thank you for your post.

     

    Once you have reversed and reprocessed the super payment, the status will then change to 'Funds requested' which means the funds for this payment have been requested from your bank account, once the funds for this payment have been withdrawn from your bank account, and are awaiting further processing, the status will then change to 'Processing payment', and then 'Completed'.

     

    However, If it has been more than 3 working days, and the status has not changed - please let me know.
