Hi JLpayroll,
Thanks for confirming that. That does make it a bit more puzzly. Since the employee still isn’t showing even though a pay was processed, the employee card is active, and there’s no termination date, it’d be best to have our support team take a closer peek at what’s going on there. You can reach them via the Contact Us page so they can check it properly from their side.
Cheers,
Doreen

Thanks
The last recorded pay was in June 2026
they are an active employee with no termination date on their card and no other reason why they would not be showing on the STP.
Thanks Jenny

Hi JLpayroll,
Thanks for checking in here. Usually, an employee will only be missing from STP if there haven’t been any recorded pays for them in the current payroll year, their card is inactive with a termination date already entered, or their employment basis is set to Other not reported. Since this employee is showing as Casual, I’d suggest making sure their card is set back to active, then recording a $0 pay or sending an update event so they’ll appear in the STP list and you can complete the termination.
Cheers,
Princess
