Unable to access employee card

Hi there,

 

I am suddenly unable to access the Employee Card for just one employee, all the others are fine. When I try to open the card, AccountRight crashes with an unknown error code. I tried accessing via the web browser and got a red cross with "something went wrong". 

 

I have seen other posts where this has been resolved by running a script over the file, can this please be arranged?

    I'm having troubles locating a serial number ending in those numbers, can you please send me private message with the full serial number. 

     

     

    Update: Script has been run over company file

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to help, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight).

      Thanks so much Melisa.  Last 4 digits of serial number are 2834 and Company File ID is 1.
