Unable to match Super Payment in Bank Feeds

Hi, 

I'm  unable to match a Super Payment in Bank Feeds.
The Bank Statement is showing the transaction, but it is not showing up in my list of transactions.
Bank Feeds cannot find the transaction using manual search.

This all usually matches automatically.

The Super Payment was entered on 30/6/2022.

The Bank Statement lists the transaction on 1/7/2022.

 

Is this due to MYOB starting a new payroll year and filtering the dates ?

All help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Dizz 

    If you're using AccountRight, can you check if the super transaction is ticked under Banking>>Reconcile Accounts?

    If yes, please untick it there and it should appear for you to match on the Bank feeds screen.

      I tried unticking the super transaction under Banking>>Reconcile Accounts. But it still does not appear in bank feeds for matching the super payments. Could you please assist me in resolving this matter?
