Unable to open Employee Card

I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

 

Please Help

    Running into the "Something went wrong" error can definitely disrupt your workflow, but no worries! I've already fixed your company file, so you should be able to open your employee card file now. If you hit any more snags, just let us know.

    Hi Accounts_353,

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    I've run a fix script on your file, so you should now be able to access the employee card without any issues. Please log out and log back in, and everything should be working fine!

    I'm unable to update a current employees card (just to change some address details etc) and I get the same error message.  Is this likely to be a similar thing?

    Hi LeanneW1,

     

    The error is likely caused by the same issue. I ran the same fixes on your file as the others, so it should remove the error message now. If you encounter the same issue again, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or reach out to the live chat team through MOCA.

    Thanks Genreve - I've tried to update the card but am still getting the error message.  I've logged a support ticket now.
