Unable to view employees in payrun

Hi There

 

I am trying to process a payroll however no employees are showing. This is for both fortnight and monthly employees.

All the pay cycles are correct, and no other changes have been made. 

Is there a known issue?

    Hi AngelaDot

     

    Thanks for confirming that pay cycles are correct and there are no changes made on the employee card file. You might also want to check the Pay Frequency on the employee card. This is just to make sure that the Pay Frequency matches the Pay cycle when doing pay runs. You can check it by going to the employee card file > Payroll Details > Wages.

     

    Also, you can check if there's any termination date entered on each employee card.
