For local files, please take a backup of your file and then download the following tool on your computer by right-clicking on the link and selecting Save as
The instructions to use the tool are given below:
1.Extract the contents of the zip file to the desktop.
2. Right click the AccountRight_Hotfix.exe application and choose Run as Administrator
3. Browse to a file or drag a file onto the tool.
4. Apply the fix.
Try processing the payrun again and let us know how you go on.
If you're using the Silent Installer, you will need to install Microsoft SQL Server Compact in order to run the hotfix tool. If SQL server is not installed on the computer, then you can receive the Unhandled exception error when running the hotfix

Can you confirm if you're getting any error after running the hotfix tool or it runs successfully but payroll can't be processed? Also, are you using STP1 or STP2 ?
KristieBake please send me your product serial number and company file name by private message so I can run the scripts.No problem running the hotfix tool but it didn't change anything. I was online with the helpdesk last night and was told that the tool you sent was too old. They tried to attach a new one to the chat but it did not come through and they could not email it.
We still have not been able to record payroll this week.l
