User setup

Hi I added a new user to enable dual authorisation for payday super.  Have tried to add this user however the appearance of their name is as an email address and not first name/surname as required. ...

    Hi laboo,

     

    Thanks for letting us know, and sorry for the trouble with this. It looks like the invited user is only coming through as an email address, so the system isn’t recognising their first and last name when you try to enable dual authorisation for Payday Super. Could you please check that the user’s first and last name are saved in their user profile, then try selecting the user from the name field rather than typing the email address manually? If the issue continues, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account, and we’ll look into it further.
