Why is AccountRight calculating incorrect PAYG tax for one employee?

I have one employee whose PAYG tax is higher than expected even though their pay rate and tax settings match the others. I have checked the tax table and payroll categories but the issue keeps happen...

Hi Harper65yt,

 

That's definitely a tricky one. It's super confusing when one employee's PAYG is higher than expected even though their pay rate and tax settings match the others. We've actually got a similar post in the Community that runs through a few other things to double-check that have caused this exact issue for others.
