    Hi there DeanneWoodman,

I'd recommend speaking to your accountant to know what changes are needed to make sure you're all set. This is to ensure that correct tax rates are applied and that the income is reported correctly for tax purposes.

    Best regards,

    Doreen

    Hi there

What did your accountant tell you to use in MYOB please? I have the same situation here and am not sure what MYOB classification to use.  Thanks in advance.

    Hi 2J_Bookkeeper,

Hopefully the original poster or one of the forum legends here can share what classification they used in a similar situation. That said, it’s best to check with your accountant or tax adviser before making any changes in MYOB. They can confirm the correct tax table and income type based on the employee’s visa and tax residency circumstances.

    Regards,

    Sai
