I think there is a bug in AR2022 because my 'Working Holiday Maker - Registered' is set up as you've said, but the STP report is only showing PAYG, no Gross Payments at all, and the Superannuation Guarantee is showing zero.

MYOB STP Phase 2 is clearly a 'work-in-progress' - there are numerous things that don't seem to work properly, for example salary sacrifice. It would not surprise me if Working Holiday Makers also has a bug which you have encountered.
They will sort it out eventually, I hope.
Sorry I can't offer any solutions - other than to say check you have assigned the income payroll category to Gross Payments.
