Invalid ABN error message when trying to setup for BAS
My client is trying to lodge BAS statements, but keep getting this error message:
"For the next step, we need your ABN. We’ve detected that you haven’t entered an ABN, or the ABN you entered isn’t valid. Please enter a valid ABN in the Company Information window or Business Settings page. Once you’ve done that, refresh this page."
Any ideas on how to fix this? Have tried clearing Cache, re-entering details & updating etc and still not working. Looks like i can lodge from my login, but my client cannot still.
