Problem filing GST Returns via MYOB

Is anyone having trouble filing GST returns via MYOB? 

There is currently an issue trying to do this for our Aussie company with the ATO and MYOB have been trying to fix this for over a week now and it's still broken.

I've tried to file our NZ GST return today but have received the following message "Your statement of activity could not be pre-filled because Inland Revenue did not respond to our request. Please try back later."

I received a similar message for our Aussie BAS return so I'm thinking the same issue is occurring for NZ clients as well.

    Thanks for letting us know. I can see why you'd think this could be related to the BAS issue you've been having as well. To get this checked properly, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can review the error on your file and confirm what's causing it. It’ll help if you include the exact error message you received when trying to file the NZ GST return.
