Unable to Access a Company File
Hi Guys
I have a new client who I started with last week. He gave me access to the AccountRight file and even though he did, AccountRight gave me access to another one of his files. I thought he may have made a mistake and checked and he had not. He did give me access to the correct file. I then rang MYOB who fixed the issue and then received an email on Friday that his previous bookkeeper no longer had access.
I wanted to work on the file and I no longer have access. BAS deadline is coming up and I need to work on the file, is there any way of contacting MYOB because the usual number I ring is not taking calls. The client is behind 2 BAS returns and I need to work on the file now.
