ACCESS INACTIVE FILE

Hi

I need to retreive reports from an inactive file?

    To assist you promptly, could you please provide the following information through a private message:
     

    • The serial number of your product - You can find this under Setup >> Company Information.
    • The company file ID - You can locate this under Help >> About AccountRight/Accounting.
    • The version of the software you are using - You can find this under Help >> About AccountRight/Accounting.
    • Your full name and email address.

     

    Once we have this information, we'll be better equipped to help you resolve your concern.
