Open In Browser - Error Message

Good Morning!

 

I have a user who is unable to access MYOB via "Open In Web Browser".

After logging in the error message is "Something went wrong, if the issue persists contact MYOB support"

 

 

Any ideas appreciated.

    Hi Sam_P , try opening app.myob.com directly in different browsers. One may work where others don't.
