Cannot Add User Online - invitation previously cancelled

Hi Guys

I cannot add an online user - status is Cancelled invitation 19 Jan 2023

When I try to create a new user even with a new name and email it is now not letting me add any new users stating an - An error occurred while creating the user
 
Sounds like some sort of system confusion which needs technical assistance?

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

If your file is online, could you please try to create a new user via the browser version of the software? 

 

If the error persists, could you please take a screenshot of the error message that appears and attach it to your reply?
