Adjusting YTD leave figures

Hi there,

I need to adjust an employees YTD leave entitlements to show only 2 weeks of annual leave entitlements not all the hours carried over from previous years as we are moving from manual system to showing the accurate allowance on his payslips.

I have tried to follow the article "adjusting leave" and followed the Process all employees paid and choose Bonus/Commission from the drop down and minused off the entitlements but it has put all of it out of whack. I can see from the leave tab on his card/payroll information that they YTD is still there even after doing the 0 payroll to adjust it.

I am wondering what I have done wrong, and if there is someone that I could maybe use to fix it up.

    Hi Hayley 

     

    The easiest way to adjust leave balances is to go into the employee card

    do to the payroll details tab 

    go into entitlements

    there are three columns 

    Balance adjustment carried forward and  YTD

     

    Try putting your adjustment in the balance adjustment or changing the carried forward figure
