Hi TSGTanya
AccountRight will use the default email client within your Windows envirnoment. As such, if you are needing to use a particular email client I would recommend ensuring that you have that set up within WIndows as the default. There is no setting within AccountRight in regards to a default Desktop email client.
I should also point out that AccountRight is not tested and therefore not supported by MYOB on a different email client. As per the system requirements, we do recommend the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook) 2010 or later (32 bit). Alternatively, if the company file is stored online sending emails directly using AccountRight.
