MYOB Team - location

I'm trying to set up MYOB Team, but am unable to create any locations.  I am able to enter the information, however when I click on the SAVE button it does not save.  Please advise what I am missing.

    Can you please confirm if you created the first location ? also, if you go to setup > User access > Select your username, is your role set to administrator ?

    Thank you for your post. To troubleshoot, can you please close down AccountRight and clear the AccountRight cache. Once cleared please attempt to create the new location. Does it now work ?

      Thank you Melisa, I have cleared the cache, which has allowed me to add a location.  However, I can't add any more locations or employees.  I have only added three employees, but need to add more, as none of the three selected employees are approving managers and I can't see any others to add.  Please advise

        Glad to hear that worked. Can you please confirm if you get any error messages when attempting to add additional locations ? If possible can you please provide a screenshot of your window.
