STP Ph2 - employee not showing

Hi all,  Setting up a clients STP Ph2 and one of the employees isn't showing up.

Does anyone know what this would be happening.   I have checked her Card file and she appears to be set up correctly.

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    Just to confirm, this employee is currently an active employee? If they are, could you please navigate to the employee's card file > Payroll Details > Personal Details > Please advise what is selected for the 'Employment Basis' field?
