I am hoping you can advise when a superannuation payment will be processed.
As per normal I processed our employees super payment for January 2022 on the 17/2/2022 and the manage payments area in our system is stating that the payment is still being processed.
Is there any reason as to why this might be happening .... normally the payment occurs in 2 - 3 business days at worst.

All the super payments with the status processing should be completed by day end. If your employees' super funds haven't received the payments, send us your product serial number and amount of payment by Private Message so we can follow it up.

Thank you for your reply.
As yet there has been no amounted debited from our bank account .... I processed the super on the 17/2.
I have checked our bank account on a daily basis since processing.
I will wait until Monday then I will private message you as recommended.
