Super payment rejected for one employee

This is the second quarter super payment for our new employee, the first processed fine. It has a red cross which says I need to enter a Super Member number.  I don't have it, so how can I process it without it?

    Thank you for your post.

     

    I am unsure how the first payment would have gone through successfully as the portal needs a membership number in order to allocate the contributions to the correct member. You will need to gather this information from the employee before attempting your next super payment.
