Superannuation Payments

Hi,

I have paid superannuation as below

10/02/22 $2,058.91 ( For payrun ending 9/02/21)

21/02/22  $2,058.91 Refunded

 

24/02/22 $2,058.91 ( paid again )

 

25/02/22 )( came out of my account again )

 

I have been on hold for 44 minutes, then the phone was answered i explained my problem, was told i would be transfered to payroll , then a survey came on the phone, then the phone hung up.

I have now been on hold for 25 minutes and the recording is saying my call will be answered between 44 and 48 minutes.

    Hi Wallybarbara 

     

    Sorry to hear that's the case. After paying the super on 24/02/2022, did you reverse and reprocess the payment? If that's the case, super payment would have been taken out twice. If not, please send us a screenshot of the Manage Payments window by Private Message so we can investigate this further.

    I have added a scrren shot showing superannuation has been paid twice

     

    10/02/22 $2,058.91 was paid

    21/02/22 $2,058.91 was refunded

     

    24/02/22 I paid $2,058.91 again

    24/02/22 i paid $1,700.74 ( this was from the payrun ending 23/02/22)

     

    25/02/22 $2,058.91 came out of my account.

      Hi Wallybarbara 

      Thanks for attaching this screenshot. Did you also receive any email that the funds were double debited? Also, out of these payments in the Manage Payments window, is any payment reversed and then reprocessed again ?
