Superannuation part payment returned

I paid Superannuation through MYOB Pay Superannuation and an amount was returned to the bank account. However I am not able to identify which employee it is for as i didnt receive any supporting documentation and the only discription supplied on the returned funds was PC230322-155104725 Nm.

How do i find out which employee this belongs to?

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    Generally speaking, only the fund that has refunded the payment would be able to advise who this refund applies to and their reason for the refund, however, as you cannot see a fund name on the bank statement, I can have a look into this for you to hopefully gather more information. Could you please send me a private message with the below details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name 
    • Your name + email 
    • Amount returned + date
    • Date of original payment
