Superannuation payment doubled up

&nbsp;Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;Today our office admin was doing a reconcilliation of our bank account and noticed that the superannuation payment for January has been deducted twice,&nbsp;I dont understand how this could have happened, I assumed that it could only be processed once.&nbsp;Any suggestions as to why, and what do I need to do??&nbsp;Thanks in anticipation.David&nbsp;
