Superannuation - payment not being debited from account

Our monthly super payment from 6/4/22 has not been debited from our account. 

On MYOB the status remains 'processing payment'.

Not sure how to rectify this?

 

Update - this has now changed to Payment failed, and out latest super payment today 27/4 is stuck on processing payment. 

 

Having done some reading I'm wondering if this is related to the change to SuperChoice and authorising the new direct debit?

    Thanks for your post. Can I please confirm if the payment has now come out of your account ? 

     

    We have found in some cases that the cause of the payment stuck in processing payment is due to some SuperFunds USI name not being the same as what is on to the Superfund lookup. 
    If the payment does not come out of your bank account in the next 5 business days you will need to check the following:

    • the Super fund name entered into your software matches what is on the ATO Super fund look up page: superfundlookup.gov.au 
    • the employee is registered for the correct fund as some funds share the same USI. 

     

    Once you have made any required changes you will need to reverse and reprocess the payments.
