Superannuation payment
Hi Team,
I have made a payment of the superannuation for the last quarter. The payment went trough but 1 payment to a specific funds came back to our bank account $156.26 - the employee had changed Super funds.
I have updated the employee card with the new Super details and re-processed a pay-payment at $0.00 and -$156.26 (reversed the superannuation amount originally processed.)
The new payment of $156.26 had been made and taken out from my bank account. However, when doing my bank reconciliation the discrepency come from the $156.26 which is showing as "Processing Payment" under the Manage Payment wondow.
Im not too sure on how to fix it. Can you please help me on that matter.
