Superannution payment

have spokent to MYOB twice - re why has the payment I authorised for Superannution has not come out? twice been told that will happen in the next 3 to 4 days. I made the payment and authorised on 11/2/2022. is there an issue or do we need to do something different .

    Thanks for your post. The pay Superannuation service had been temporarily disabled while our teams dealt with a duplication error with payment,  if you haven't received a refund our service is now re-enabled and our teams are monitoring to ensure that payments are been successfully processed
